About Me
A short dive into how I got here.
The Beginnings
To be honest – there’s too many places I could start.
I was never a normal child. I come from a suburban town, about 20 minutes outside of Philadelphia. My sister and I grew up in a lower middle class home. Very modest, but from the outside in you probably would’ve thought I had it made. And to some, I’m sure that was the case.
- I could get into all of the “traumas”, and experiences that have led to the current moment. But there is no point. And this is not the place. Nobody has it easy.
The object of importance is that we’re here now. Clean and sober. Completely transformed, in less than 2 years. To me this goes without saying, but unfortunately in the world we live today, I must oblige nonetheless. I did this NATURALLY. YES, that is correct. 100% start to finish. In fact, performance enhancing drugs are just about the only type I did NOT indulge in throughout my time.
Months Clean
Fitness has been a staple in my life for 10 of the last 25 years I've existed. I've tried every diet, and workout plan. I've done it all. Including starting over again.
I come to you with the truth about what I've found.

My Experience Cont.
We pick up here in my college and post-college era.
These years were extremely formative for my understanding of diet and mindset specifically. This period is when I got a 6-pack for the very first time in my life and decided to kick drugs and alcohol, once and for all.
2016
Freshman Year of College
This is the year I enrolled at Rutgers University – New Brunswick. During this time I learned how to diet properly, after trying just about every method out there – to no avail.
2017
Sophomore Year of College
With a year or so under my belt, I get a 6 pack for the first time in my life. This is also the year where things take a major turn in my relationship with substance abuse.
2019
The Pandemic
By this time I’m dropped out of school, fully addicted to various substances, and confined to my home – along with everyone else. As a result, my physique suffered in a major way; but that was the least of my concerns.
2021
Hawaii
In this magical land 5000 miles away, is where my story with substance abuse comes to an end. After I almost give it my life.
